Hot tub, clean and well-kept. The breakfast choices were limited and could definitely use some improvement. The staff was friendly.

Units with 1 king bed.

I had impeccably clean and brand-new room to myself with 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms plus big screen. The hotel stuff where hospitable and efficient. The location was good and comfortable, in the middle of jackson.

The staff were very unfriendly, didn't expect that coming.

Updating the furniture would bring more comfort!!! The parking lot at night felt a bit sketchy, which could be improved!!!

Had to get door key re scanned almost daily.. Long days out and can't get in your room.. Carpet was filthy. No coffee pot.

Make-your-own Belgian waffles

There was a domestic dispute during the night. Kept us up for over an hour. No police arrived. Next morning our front door wouldn't unlock and front desk couldn't open. Had to crawl out window. Toilet seat was broken and smelled like a smoking room.

Cleaner. Take care of disturbances!

We would have liked more towels. One for body and one for hair times two people. Asked and was given towels once. Would have liked body washing soap.

The pool and hot tub were immaculate and inviting.

Breakfast options were limited to cold cereals and packaged pastries.

The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was excellent.

The breakfast was marginal (no hard boiled eggs. They didn't have non stick spray for waffle maker) We had 3 adults in room, we had to ask multiple times for additional towels.

Nice & quiet even though it was a busy street. Looked like nice indoor pool but I didn't get to try it. Bed and bedding was clean and comfy. I had to leave earlier than expected and the staff was very courteous and helpful in changing my reservations and reimbursing for time not spend there.

Getting in and out of the location. Got lost twice trying to get into the parking lot when I came in from another direction. The hairdryer was filthy with hand prints and smutz, as were a lot of other often touched items in the room, light switched, door handles and there was lots of small trash behind the night stand. Plug-in receptacles probably need replaced, you could not keep anything plugged in and I was very leary to plug my electronics into the ones that were available.

Check-in service was prompt and helpful.

Our room (218) had multiple issues with the electrical outlets, really frustrating. We couldn't charge our devices properly, and the outlet near the window was loose. To top it off, we only received enough towels for two guests instead of three, quite disappointing during our four-night stay.
